The oil promoting organization has propelled Automated Unified System (AUS) for booking LPG barrels in Mohali and Chandigarh on pilot premise, by which the LPG clients can book their refills through IVRS and SMS based framework round the clock consistently.
“The new framework (AUS) of booking cooking gas in Chandigarh and Mohali has been presented on pilot premise. When it is effective here, it is proposed to be propelled in Jalandhar and Shimla in second stage,” a senior authority of Indian Oil said.
Indian Oil has 2.14 lakh LPG clients in Chandigarh and 46,000 clients in Mohali.
